The apartment ‘‘Casina di Quinto’’ takes the name from the founder of the Restaurant Valserena (1986), Rino and Roberto’s father. Placed on the groundfloor, it has its own external area with a 38 m² portico to enjoy the panoramic view on the surroundings.

Inside, the 23 m² space consists of a well-stocked Tuscan brickwork kitchen that opens into a living room with a double sofa bed. The kitchen has all the amenities for both cooking (i.e pots, pans, utensils, toaster, microwave, etc.) and eating (i.e. complete crockery service).
